Saldo : Der Saldo wird berechnet indem man die Gesamtausgaben von den Gesamteinnahmen abzieht. Das Geld, das man nach einem Geschäftstag wirklich in der Hand hat, sollte mit dem Saldo im Kassenbuch übereinstimmen.
Verkaufst du dein Produkt oder deine Dienstleistungen an einen Kunden, gibst du ihm oder ihr immer eine Rechnung. Man braucht auch eine Quittungsblock. Wenn man etwas verkauft, bekommt der Kunde die obere Seite(das Original) als Quittung(Ausgabenbeleg). Den Durchschlag muss der Unternehmen als Rechnungskopie(Umsatzbeleg) aufheben.
